  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale items, final sale items, and intimate items (underwear, swimwear) are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

2. Returns

Eligibility:

  • Must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Non‑returnable items include sale items, intimates, swimwear, and clearance items.

Process:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) to return

    • Reason for return

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  3. Pack securely with tags/accessories intact, write RA number on the package.

3. Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • Must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with tags attached.

Process:

  • Contact support@thediscountdealz.online with your order number, item(s), and desired size/color/style.

  • If in stock, we’ll process the exchange once the returned item is received.

  • If out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error.

 

4. Refunds

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days in original condition with tags attached.

Process:

  • Refunds are processed within 1 business day after inspection.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Partial refunds may apply if items show signs of use, damage, or missing parts.

 

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Provide order number, description of issue, and photos.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label and offer either:

    • A full refund, or

    • An exchange for the correct item.

 

6. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Underwear, intimates, and swimwear (if hygiene liner removed)

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items marked “non‑returnable”

 

7. Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

  • If free shipping was applied, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

 

8. Late Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days, exchanges within 7 days.

  • Items returned outside these windows will be sent back at customer’s expense.

 

9. Gift Returns

  • Gift items may be returned or exchanged with proof of purchase or gift receipt.

  • Refunds for gifts will be issued to the original payment method used by the purchaser.
